Stir-fried Corn Buns with Ham and Snow Peas

Ingredients: corn steamed buns, ham sausage (packed off), snow peas (picked and washed)

Put the corn buns on the chopping board and cut them into small pieces, set aside.

Put the peeled ham sausage on the chopping board and cut it for later use.

Put the picked and washed snow peas on the cutting board and cut them.

Afterwards, put the cut snow peas in boiling water, blanch for 2 minutes, and then remove them.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the cut corn buns and ham and stir fry.

Then, add the blanched snow peas and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper.

Add the right amount of salt.

Saute and stir well, serve.

Take out the pan and serve.
