Stir-fried Cowpeas with Plum Dried Vegetables

The dried plums are first steamed in a steamer or rice cooker

Clean the cowpea and cut into sections
3.
Smash the garlic and chop it
4.
Boil the water in the pot and add the cowpea to blanch water
5.
Add a little cooking oil
6.
After boiling again, take out the cowpea, rinse and drain the water
7.
Add the dried plums and garlic in a hot pan with cold oil and stir fry for a good flavor
8.
Put the cowpea in, add water to high heat and stir fry for a little more than a minute to get out of the pot
