Stir-fried Cress

Fresh cress bought from the vegetable farm.

Remove the roots, remove the yellow leaves on top, wash with water and cut into small pieces.

Rinse the dried incense with water and cut into small strips.

Start the frying pan, add the celery segments and stir fry.

Then add the fragrant dried noodles and stir fry evenly.

Season with a little salt, and stir-fry again evenly.
7.
Add some chicken powder before serving and mix well.

Tips:
Water celery and ordinary celery can be easily distinguished from the outside. The general celery is light green throughout, while the water celery has a long white and tender section near the root, which is yellow-green from the top, and the top leaves are the green.
