Stir-fried Cured Fish with Lettuce

Wash and slice lettuce, wash and chop green garlic sprouts, chili pepper, ginger and garlic for later use

Wash the cured fish and steam it in the pot

Add oil to the pot, add ginger, garlic, and pepper to fragrant when the oil is hot

Add lettuce slices and cured fish, stir fry quickly, add a small amount of water, cover and simmer for two to three minutes. Then add green garlic sprouts and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot
Tips:
The steaming time of the preserved fish should be longer, otherwise it will be harder.
