Stir-fried Douban with Amaranth
1.
Wash the amaranth, drain, pat some garlic

Peel off the skin of broad beans, wash and drain
3.
Heat oil in a pan, pour into the watercress and fry until yellow spots appear
4.
Pour the amaranth and stir fry for a while
5.
Put right amount of salt and chicken essence
6.
Fry until soft and out of the pan.
Tips:
The broad bean was scraped off the eye with a knife, and the bean sprout came out as soon as it was pinched.
