Stir-fried Double Mushrooms with Sweet Beans

Pick and wash sweet beans.

Remove the roots of white jade mushrooms and crab-flavored mushrooms and wash them.

Peel and slice carrots.

Mince garlic.

Heat up a pan and saute the minced garlic.

Add the carrots and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Stir-fry the sweet beans, sprinkle a little water and cook until the sweet beans are cooked through.

Add the abalone sauce and fry until the mushrooms are soft. (The abalone sauce is bought at a special price. It is good for seasoning. If you don’t have it, you can put oyster sauce)
