Sweet Soy Milk Pork Belly
1.
Prepare the ingredients. Recently, I often eat sweet beans at home. They are spring vegetables. They are crispy and tender. Sweet beans contain 17 essential amino acids and are rich in nutrients. Regular consumption can benefit the spleen and stomach, produce body fluid and quench thirst, and play an important role in the body's metabolism.
2.
Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices, tear off the two ends and old tendons on both sides of the sweet beans, wash and drain the water, crush the southern milk with a fork, add a little water and stir into a sauce, set aside for later use.
3.
Connect the electric frying pan to medium heat, pour in a little cooking oil, spread the pork belly neatly on the top, turn the bottom part in the meantime, and fry until both sides are browned.
4.
Pour the southern milk sauce on the fried pork belly and mix well.
5.
Then pour in sweet beans and stir-fry evenly with chopsticks or wooden spatula.
6.
Cover the lid, fry and simmer for about 3-5 minutes, turn off the heat and shovel it up.

Tips:
Food Tips: The southern milk itself is salty enough. The pork belly does not need salt. Fry it until browned on both sides and then pour it into the southern milk. The sweet beans will cook quickly. Fry and simmer for about 3 minutes.
