Stir-fried Dried Bamboo Shoots with Green Pepper and Edamame

Soak the dried bamboo shoots in cold water in advance.

Peel off the shell of edamame and clean it.

Remove the seeds of the green pepper, wash and cut into shreds.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, and stir in the edamame seeds first.

When the edamame seeds are wrinkled, add the shredded bamboo shoots and stir fry together.

Tips:
There are salty dried bamboo shoots and light dried bamboo shoots. If the dried bamboo shoots are salty, you should put less salt, otherwise they will be too salty.
