Stir-fried Dried Radish

The ingredients are shown in the picture. The dried radish is made by my mother-in-law herself, and occasionally stir-fried some of them for a good meal. It is even more delicious with porridge.

Wash the dried radishes and soak them in water for 3-4 hours.

Dried radish, drain the water, and cut into slightly thicker shreds. Wash garlic and ginger and cut into fines. Cut pepper into sections for later use.

Start the pan, heat the pan with cold oil, add the chili section and ginger garlic to fragrant oil at 50% to 60% of the oil temperature.

Add the dried radish and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

Season with a little salt and stir-fry evenly. The dried radish itself has a salty taste. Do not add too much salt.
