Stir-fried Dried Radish with Bacon

The bacon is steamed and cut into small cubes.

Dice the green pepper and cut the garlic into large cubes. Cut the green onion and ginger into diagonal slices.

Soak the radish in cold water for five minutes, rinse and drain.

Cut dried radish into small pieces.

Put the diced bacon in a hot pan with cold oil, and simmer the bacon oil on low heat. Add green onion, ginger, garlic and chili noodles. Fried red oil.

Tips:
Do not soak dried radishes for a long time, otherwise they will not have the tenacity of dried radishes.
