Stir-fried Dried Radish with Lard Residue

Dry the radish, soak it in water to remove some salt;

Prepare minced garlic and chopped green onion;

Drain the radish and cut into small cubes;

Heat lard and lard residue in the pot;

Tips:
Dried radish itself has a salty taste, so you don't need to add salt, unless you soak for too long, the salt taste is gone, you can add a little salt!
