Stir-fried Dried Radish with Lard Residue

1. Dry the radish, soak it in water to remove some salt;

2. Prepare minced garlic and chopped green onion;

3. Drain the radish and cut into small cubes;

4. Heat lard and lard residue in the pot;

5. Add garlic and sauté;

7. Add a little soy sauce and sugar to taste;

Tips:
