Lard Slaw Rice

Tips:
1 Fried rice with lard is to taste good, and it does not need to use ordinary refined oil.
2 The lard residue is actually cut into small pieces with pig suet oil and boiled in a pot. It is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It also contains a little fat. Although it has high calories, it will increase the flavor of the rice.
3 I use freshly cooked rice here, which will have a softer texture, but if you like to eat harder, you can also use overnight rice.
