Stir-fried Dried Tofu with Leek and Moss

1. Leek moss, yellow dried bean curd.

2. Cut the leek into sections, and shred the dried bean curd.

3. Heat the oil and fry the dried tofu first.

4. Add some salt to the dried tofu to taste, and fry on both sides until golden.

5. Then put in the leek.

6. Stir-fry the leek until it is broken, add oyster sauce to increase freshness.

7. Sprinkle some water in an appropriate amount to keep the vegetables crisp and tender, and stir-fry for a few times to get out of the pot.
