Stir-fried Dried Tofu with Leek and Moss

Leek moss, yellow dried bean curd.

Cut the leek into sections, and shred the dried bean curd.

Heat the oil and fry the dried tofu first.

Add some salt to the dried tofu to taste, and fry on both sides until golden.
