When I was in college, I often ate fried duck breast with sauce. I suddenly remembered and decided to try it myself to see if it tasted like that~"

Stir-fried Duck Leg with Sauce

1. Duck legs thaw.

2. Cut the cucumber into thin strips and spread them evenly on the bottom of the plate.

3. Cut green onion into thin slices and slice ginger.

4. Clean the duck legs and peel off the duck leg bones.

5. Slice the duck leg and set aside.

6. Add a little cooking wine and starch.

7. Stir well and set aside.

8. Put a little oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and sliced ginger until fragrant.

9. Add duck meat, add a little cooking wine, and stir-fry evenly.

10. Pour in the sweet noodle sauce, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

11. After the juice is collected, place the duck meat on the spread cucumber shreds~

Tips:

It’s a good meal~ I don’t have much sweet noodle sauce left. You can add sweet noodle sauce according to your taste. If it’s salty enough, you can skip light soy sauce~
