Stir-fried Dumplings

Disperse the frozen rice noodles with overheated water, drain the water for later use, soak the mushrooms and dried sea rice with water, keep the water for use

The pork belly is marinated in cooking wine and light soy sauce, the leek is cut into sections, the onion and mushrooms are shred

Saute minced garlic and red onion crisps in a pot, add shredded pork and stir fry until fragrant.

Put shiitake mushrooms, dried sea rice, shredded carrots, and shredded onions, stir-fry well, drizzle with the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms, cover the lid and add some white pepper

Add two tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of rice wine, some water, stir well and then add the rice noodles

Use chopsticks to gently flip the rice sticks, add the leeks, and stir well

Season with salt, pour in a little vinegar and sesame oil
