Stir-fried Edamame with Watermelon Peel

Peel off the skin of the watermelon, as long as the outermost layer of flower skin, the thinner the better. Wash and pickle for one day.

The pickled melon skin is finely shredded the next day.

Then finely cut into granules. spare.

Peel fresh edamame and set aside.

Pour the edamame in the oil pan and stir-fry until the edamame is 8 mature, pour in the cut melon rind (the melon rind can cover the edamame), and continue to fry until the edamame is fully cooked. Add appropriate amount of chicken bouillon, stir fry for a while, and serve. Try it! It must be salty and delicious, especially for dinner!
