Stir-fried Enoki Mushroom with Green Pepper and Egg

1. Ingredients: dried eggs, green peppers (stems removed, seeds removed, cleaned and cut open), enoki mushrooms (roots removed, cleaned)

2. Unpack the dried eggs, place them on the chopping board and cut them up, set aside.

3. Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add green peppers and enoki mushrooms and stir fry.

4. Then, add the cut eggs and stir fry.

5. Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

6. Add the right amount of oyster sauce.

7. Stir-fry well and serve.
