Stir-fried Escargot

Ginger, garlic, and diced pepper

Soak the snails in crude salt water to make them spit sand, cut off the tail, wash and set aside

Heat a pan, add garlic, ginger, and chili and stir-fry until fragrant

Add the escargots, stir fry to get the water out, and cover until the juice boils
5.
Then lift the lid, add white wine, continue to stir fry, and add oyster sauce, salt, light soy sauce, white sugar to taste, wait until the juice is collected
6.
Shovel out and load the dishes, complete
Tips:
The snails have to be thickened with salt water to spit sand to get a better taste
