Stir-fried Escargot (home Edition)

Soak the snails in water and spit sand.

After washing, cut the tail of the escargot.
3.
Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, and mince garlic.
4.
Pour oil in the pot.
5.
After four minutes of heat, add the sliced ginger, and then add green onions after ten seconds.
6.
Add Haitian soybean paste.
7.
Stir-fry for 30 seconds and add snails.
8.
Stir-fry a few times and add the garlic chili sauce.
9.
Add oyster sauce.
10.
Pour water in the pot to make it level with the escargot, and add some chili.
11.
Fire the whole process until the juice is collected.
Tips:
Put the garlic when it comes out of the pot, but it’s all eggs, I forgot to put it, hahaha
