Stir-fried Fish Tofu with Pickled Peppers
1.
Wash fish tofu and pleurotus eryngii separately. You can choose smaller pleurotus eryngii, which is more tender
2.
Cut fish tofu into strips and cut thick pleurotus eryngii into slices
3.
A homemade pickled pepper, very delicious, with a sour taste, slightly spicy
4.
Fry in a frying pan, add peanut oil, then sauté pleurotus eryngii until slightly dry, which is about 8 minutes cooked
5.
Add fish tofu
6.
Add a few pickled peppers and stir fry
7.
Add half a teaspoon of salt to taste, because fish tofu and pickled peppers are both salty, so put less salt
8.
The fish tofu is fried for two minutes and it is usually ready to be out of the pan. Just add the green onion before the pan is out.
