Stir-fried Flower Crab with Pugua

Ingredients: Pugua

Flower crab (cleaned up)

Sliced ginger

Peel the Pugua and wash it.

Put it on the chopping board and cut into hob blocks, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the ginger slices.

Then, add the crabs and stir fry with some cooking wine.
8.
Then, add the pugua, add some water and stir fry until cooked.
9.
Then, add some salt and light soy sauce.
10.
Seasoning and stir-fry well, ready to go.
