Stir-fried Fresh Mushrooms with Rape

Break each leaf of fresh rapeseed, clean and set aside. Otherwise there will be mud and sand.

Wash the fresh mushrooms, squeeze out the moisture, and tear them into strips. This can be done according to personal preference.

Heat the garlic in the pan, add the rapeseed and stir fry. Stir-fry vegetables over a small fire, the water content of rapeseed is not great

Stir fry until the rapeseed is wilted, you can add mushrooms.

Add mushrooms and stir fry until the rape is wilted, about five minutes.

If you like to eat the crispy rapeseed, add salt, stir fry the vegetables and you can get them out of the pot. If you like to eat soft and rotten dishes, stir fry for a while.
Tips:
The mushrooms that are eaten in stir-fry are more tender and have less fiber. There will be little fluff on the fresh leaves of mushrooms.
