Stir-fried Garlic Moss with Pork Heart

The garlic moss is first fried until it tastes good.

Wash the pot and add oil, ginger, green onion, garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add pickled peppers and pickled pig heart (the method of pickling pig heart has been introduced in the recipes posted before.) Stir fry.

Stir-fried pork heart with eight ripe now. Adjust the pepper, salt, and chicken essence, then stir-fry with garlic moss.
5.
Sprinkle with sesame oil and stir-fry evenly, and serve on a plate.
