Stir-fried Gassho Melon with Dried Shrimp

Cut the gassho melon in half and slice into thin slices.

Heat a pan with a little olive oil and stir-fry the shredded ginger to create a fragrance.

Add the dried shrimps and stir fry, and fry the washed dried shrimps until dry.
4.
Add gassho melon slices and stir fry over high heat.
5.
Put a little salt and mix the flour, then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
Note: Gassho melon needs to be fried quickly to make it more crispy.
