Stir-fried Green Bamboo Shoots

Peel the green bamboo shoots, shred them, wash and drain for later use.

Pour 60% oil in the pot and saute the scallions and ginger when it is hot.

Pour the green bamboo shoots and stir fry.
4.
Stir fry until the color changes, add salt and MSG.
