Stir-fried Green Pepper with Duck Gizzards

Duck gizzards are cooked, pick them up and cool them into slices.

Put the bottom oil in the pan, heat the oil with ginger slices, sauté the dried red chilies, then pour in the sliced duck gizzards and add some soy sauce, stir for 2 minutes and then pour the green peppers.

Pour in shredded green peppers and stir fry with a little salt.

Stir fry over high heat for a few minutes and it will be out of the pot.
