Stir-fried Green Wheat Kernels with Bacon

Prepare the ingredients

Dice carrots and bacon and set aside

Prepare two dried chilies, a slice of ginger, chopped fungus, blanched green wheat kernels in water and boil for 3 minutes, then drain in cold water and set aside

When the pan is hot, pour two tablespoons of oil, then pour in the diced bacon, fry on low heat until the bacon spit oil

Add dried chili and ginger and stir fry until fragrant

The saltiness of bacon and light soy sauce is basically enough, no need to add salt.
