Stir-fried Ground Beef with Green and Red Peppers

1. Prepare ground beef.

2. The minced beef is marinated with pepper, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and chicken essence.

3. Stir all the condiments and meat thoroughly and put them in the refrigerator to marinate for half an hour.

4. Dice the onion.

5. Wash and cut the green and red peppers.

6. Rinse the chili seeds with water and put them on a plate for later use.

7. When the oil is hot, sauté the shallots and diced onions.

8. Add the marinated ground beef and stir-fry evenly until the ground beef changes color.

9. Add green peppers and red peppers and stir fry quickly over high heat.

10. Just a little salt just before it is out of the pot (you can add a little light soy sauce for heavy mouthfuls).
