Stir-fried Harbin Sausage with Scallions

Wash the green onions and cut them with a hob.

Harbin sausage, cut obliquely into slices for later use

Put the right amount of base oil in the pot, add the sausage slices and stir fry after the oil is hot

Stir-fry the red sausage, slightly warped on both sides, add sliced green onions and stir fry

Add sliced green onion and stir fry with soy sauce! Stir the soy sauce evenly to turn off the heat and get out of the pot!
Tips:
This dish is served with rice glutinous rice! Because the red sausage itself is already salty! So put less soy sauce! Just let the green onions add a bit of saltiness!
