Stir-fried Hor Fun with Cauliflower Pork Belly
1.
Peel the tomatoes and cut into dices, wash and cut broccoli, cut the pork belly into strips, smash the garlic and set aside
2.
The broccoli is blanched for later use. I bought the pho the night before and put it in the refrigerator. I also boiled it with boiling water, then rinsed it with water and set it aside to drain the water for later use. For fresh ones, omit this step.
3.
Saute the minced garlic, add the blanched broccoli, stir fry for a while, add tomatoes, and fry for a while
4.
Then add the pork belly and stir fry until the tomatoes are softened, add some salt and stir well
5.
Put the pho on the top of the dish, pour some light soy sauce
6.
Stir-fry until you feel that there is no water in the pan, and the pho has become soft and discolored, and you can start the pan.
7.
It's ready to be eaten after serving
