Stir-fried Hor Fun with Chopped Green Onion and Egg

Rinse the pho.

Wash and chop the shallots.

Put the oil in the pot to heat up, knock into the eggs.

Scramble the eggs.

Add the pho and stir fry.

Add a spoonful of soy sauce.

Put in a spoonful of oyster sauce and stir fry for a minute. This is my Pho for two people.

Season with a little salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce are both salty, you can taste it before adding salt.

Sprinkle chopped green onion and stir fry evenly, turn off the heat.
