Stir-fried Horseshoe with Pork Belly

Ingredients: peeled horseshoe, pork belly slices, green peppers, red peppers, onions, garlic.

Cut the horseshoe into slices, cut the green and red peppers, cut the green onions, and chopped garlic.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the pork belly and stir fry.

Stir-fry the pork slices until the oil comes out, add cooking wine and light soy sauce to taste, and stir-fry well.

Add chopped green onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.

Add the horseshoe slices and stir fry.

Add pepper and salt to taste, and stir-fry well.

Add the green and red pepper, stir fry evenly, turn off the heat.

Tips:
Stir-fry the pork belly for a longer time to force out the oil in the meat, so that it will taste fragrant and not greasy. Horseshoes can be eaten raw, so just stir-fry them a little, which will not lose the crispness and retain the original taste of horseshoes.
