Stir-fried Hot and Sour Watermelon Peel

Cut the watermelon rind into thin slices after removing the hard skin.

Add a little salt to marinate.

Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the garlic and a few dried chilies.

Pour the watermelon rind that has been squeezed out of water.

Add two spoons of chili soy sauce.
