Stir-fried Iced Vegetables with Olive Vegetables

Wash the iced vegetables.

Mince garlic.
3.
Olive vegetable.
4.
Heat up a pan and saute the minced garlic. (Because olive vegetables are very oily, so there is no need to put more oil.)

Add olive vegetables and stir fry.
6.
Pour iced vegetables and stir fry.
7.
Slightly soften, add salt and chicken powder and stir well.
8.
Stir-fry until the iced vegetables are soft. (As soon as the color turns emerald green, don’t fry for too long, otherwise it will affect the crispness)
9.
Very crunchy iced vegetables.
