Vegetable Salad

Shred the purple cabbage and blanch it in boiling water.

Boil the eggs, rinse them in cold water, wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half, and set aside.

Cut the cucumber into thin slices, wash the lettuce, and spread on the bottom of the bowl.

Take out the purple cabbage and pour in cold water, and then add the washed iced vegetables.

Finally put on the cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes.

Pour the salad dressing, I used Chobe tahini.

Stir well and add more sauce if you like.
