Vegetable Salad
1.
Wash the spring mix.
2.
Wash the iced vegetables.
3.
Soak the vegetables in light salt water for 10 minutes.
4.
Drain the water and put it in a salad bowl.
5.
Drizzle with vinaigrette and mix well. (Please refer to my recipe for the recipe of vinaigrette.)
6.
Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and dried cranberries.
7.
Refreshing appetizer.
