Iced Vegetable

Soak the iced vegetables in clean water for a few minutes, wash them thoroughly, and tear them into small pieces by hand. The torn iced vegetables are slightly blanched in boiling water, then picked up and served on the plate.

The garlic is flattened with a knife, then chopped, and placed on top of the iced vegetable. Sprinkle some salt on the minced garlic.

Add oil in a hot pan, add the dried chili segments and fry them slightly, and pour them on the garlic. Finally, put an appropriate amount of MSG and mix well.
Tips:
1. The iced vegetable itself has a salty taste, so the amount of salt should be small.
2. MSG can be added according to your own preferences. If you don't like it, don't let it go.
