Stir-fried Italian Fusilli with Shrimp and Asparagus

Prepare the ingredients: screw noodles, red pepper, fresh shrimp, asparagus;

Wash the red pepper and cut into shreds for later use;

Peel the shrimps and remove the shrimp threads. Marinate with a small amount of salt and black pepper for 10 minutes;

Peel the asparagus and cut into sections for later use;

Soak the screw noodles in cold water for 5 minutes;

Tips:
1. Vegetables can be arbitrarily matched, and zucchini or broccoli can also be used;
2. Today's pasta is relatively light, it is not suitable for adding tomato sauce, otherwise it will lose its original taste.
