Stir-fried Jiangxi Rice Noodles

1. Shred the cabbage and wash.

2. Cut thin slices with homemade fork.

3. Defrost the shrimps.

4. Mince garlic and cut green onion into sections.

5. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the cabbage softly and set aside.

6. Stir-fry the shrimps and set aside. (Fried egg skin, shred and set aside. Forgot to take pictures.)

7. Cook Jiangxi rice noodles until thoroughly.

8. Use cold water for later use.

9. Heat up the frying pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

10. Put the barbecued pork in and fry.

11. Add Jiangxi rice noodles and stir well.

12. Add cabbage, shrimps, green onions and stir fry.

13. Put oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar.

14. Stir well.

15. It is best to add the egg skin and stir-fry well.

16. Simple and delicious.
