One of my favorite dishes, stir-fried or with pork and beef, are all my favorite dishes.

Ingredients

1. Soak the mushrooms in boiling water until soft, drain the water, remove the stems and cut into thin strips

2. Pick off the kale leaves, and gently pat the kale bones with a kitchen knife to make it easier to taste. If there are fewer kale bones, this step can be omitted.

3. Pour two bowls of water into the pot. After the water is boiled, add the kale bones, scald them and remove them.

4. Pour cooking oil into the pot and add ginger slices
