Stir-fried Kidney with Big Red Pepper

Pork loin removes white matter.

Cut the pork loin horizontally and vertically into a flower shape and then cut into small strips for use as shown in the figure. If you can't cut it, you can call the meat seller to help you cut it and take it home. If the knife is not good, the effect will not be good if you can't cut it.

Tips:
You can put more and less chili according to your taste, and add some millet chili if you like it.
