Since I got married, I started to like food, because there is a chef in my family who often learns from him, and he often cooks some delicious food to share with his family.

Nourishing Pork Loin Soup

1. Prepare pork loin, dried sea oysters, and goji berries.

2. I bought the pork loin and soaked it in salt water for an hour (I asked the boss to help cut it when I bought it)

3. When the pork loin is soaked in salt water, you can do another thing at the same time, that is, dry clean the wolfberry and sea oyster, put it in a pot with cold water and boil it over high heat, then turn it to a low heat and cook for half an hour

4. Soak the pork loin in brine, wash it five times with water, add salt, monosodium glutamate, and potato flour.

5. Mix well.

6. Pour the mixed pork loin into the cooked soup.

7. Add salt and MSG and cook for 10 minutes. That's it! ! ! !

Tips:

This soup doesn’t take much time to cook, it’s mostly preparation time. The pork loin is best to be eaten once after it’s cooked, and it won’t be tender any more.
