A friend of the past few days asked me to make a recipe for pork loin. I thought about it. Pork loin has a smell and is very suitable for stir-frying. I tried it today and it tasted very good.

Stir-fried Kidneys with A Mouthful of Fragrance

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Remove the white waist irritation from the pork loin, change the knife into a block of suitable size, and cut into flowers.

3. Cut the ginger, green onion, garlic, and pepper well.

4. Bring the wok to the heat, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, add the peppercorns when the oil is hot, and stir fragrant.

5. Add ginger, garlic and chili to low heat and sauté until fragrant.

6. Add kidneys to the high heat and stir fry.

7. Add two drops of vinegar and some salt after the surface of the waist flower has changed color.

8. Pour the green onions, stir-fry evenly, and it's done.

Tips:

1. Add two drops of vinegar to remove the fishy smell of pork loin.
2: I will not remove the white waistline, so I can ask the meat seller to help.
