The troublemaker in my family loves to eat kidneys, and dare not give it to him often, so he can only eat it once in a while, and he can eat one at a time! I'm drunk too! Many people are not used to this! Thinking of eating only kidneys is not enough! I added some small vegetables to him!

Loin Slices and Egg Drop Soup

1. Kidney slices. To get rid of the scent of the waist, remove the white tendons in the waist! Grab and wash the kidneys with a spoon of salt

2. After catching the sticky waist, grab it a few times and wash it with salt again! Just go back and forth three to four times!

3. Wash the kidneys and soak them in boiling water for later use!

4. Mince the small greens and set aside! I cut smaller ones for kids!

5. Put appropriate sliced ginger and green onions underwater in the pot and open fire

6. Heat the pot and dig half a spoon of lard into the pot

7. Boil the lard with water, pour into the kidneys, put pepper and half a spoon of salt

8. Open the pot into the chopped green vegetables

9. Turn the pot to a low heat and beat the eggs into the pot

10. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and put a little chicken essence out of the pot!

11. Pour a few drops of sesame oil into the bowl to fill the soup!

Tips:

Wash the kidneys with salt to get rid of the smell! Wash it a few times and it will be clean!
