Stir-fried Lamb with Fungus and Celery

All materials, fungus soaked thoroughly in advance and cooked in boiling water

Cut the lamb into small pieces and mix well with all the seasonings, cornstarch and oil
3.
Heat the pan, add oil, saute the garlic and ginger
4.
Stir fry the lamb slices
5.
Throw in all the side dishes, order some oyster sauce and soy sauce
6.
All ingredients are thoroughly fried
7.
Serve on a plate
