Stir-fried Lamb with Scallions

Slice the garlic cloves and green onion, and shred the onion

After thawing lamb slices, add cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, starch, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes

Put vegetable oil in the hot pot, fry the lamb slices until the color changes, then serve

Wash the pan, add oil again, add ginger garlic, green onion and onion, stir fry until soft

Re-pour the lamb and stir-fry evenly with the green onion and ginger (I added oyster sauce and light soy sauce to the lamb before, so I didn’t add salt or anything. If you think the taste is not enough, you can add it at this step. Some seasonings to taste)
