Stir-fried Large Intestine with Green Garlic

Cut the large intestine into small pieces, cut the sweet pepper into pieces (because my son doesn't eat spicy, so put the sweet pepper, put the pepper to taste better), cut the garlic sprouts into about 2 cm pieces.

Chopped green onion and shredded ginger well.

Tips:
1. Put the garlic sprouts in and stir evenly to get out of the pot, not too long.
2. The braised large intestine already has salt, so there is no need to add salt.
