Stir-fried large intestine is a simple and delicious home-cooked dish, which has the characteristics of delicious flavor, rich taste, comprehensive nutrition, and rice with wine.

Stir-fried Large Intestine with Hot Peppers

1. The pig intestines that I bought back have been cleaned up

2. Rinse again under running water

3. Washed pig intestine

4. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pressure cooker, add the green onion and ginger slices

5. Add a tablespoon of cooking wine

6. Put a tablespoon of soy sauce

7. Put in the pig intestine, cover, 15 minutes after breathing

8. After deflation, open the lid and insert it with chopsticks. It is easy to insert it through, and it is OK

9. Take out the pig intestines and pour out the soup

10. After letting cool, cut the large intestine into small sections

11. Wash the hot peppers and remove the seeds

12. Cut into small pieces, soak the red pepper and cut into circles, prepare a few carrot slices

13. Put the oil in the wok, heat the meat and put the chopped green onion to burst the fragrance

14. Add hot peppers and stir fry

15. After a while, put in the large intestine and stir fry

Tips:

It’s troublesome to clean the large intestine by yourself. Buy cleaned ones and use it when you go home. The soup for boiled large intestines can’t be used anymore.
