Stir-fried Large Intestine with Hot Peppers

The pig intestines bought back have been cleaned up;

Rinse again under running water;

Washed pig intestine

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pressure cooker, add the shallots and ginger slices;

Add a tablespoon of cooking wine

Put a tablespoon of soy sauce

Put in the pig intestine, cover, 15 minutes after breathing;

Take out the pig intestines and pour out the soup;

After letting cool, cut the large intestine into small sections;

Wash the hot peppers and remove the seeds;

Tips:
It’s troublesome to clean the large intestine by yourself. Buy cleaned ones and use it when you go home. The soup for boiled large intestines can’t be used anymore.
