Stir-fried Leek Stew

Wash leeks and carrots

Wash the stew well.
3.
Cut carrots into shreds.
4.
Pick up the frying pan, put the carrots in the frying pan and put them out for later use.

Cut the stew into strips.
6.
Cut the leek into sections.
7.
Raise the frying pan, add a few leeks roots and stir fragrantly, then stir-fry the stew.
8.
Fry until slightly discolored, and stir-fry the carrots.
9.
Stir-fry with salt and monosodium glutamate.
10.
Turn off the heat and stir-fry the leeks.
11.
Stir-fry evenly before serving out of the pan and serving.
Tips:
1. It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy color and flavor to this dish.
2. In order to preserve the fragrance of leeks, put the leeks into the pot after turning off the heat, and process the leeks with the heat of the ingredients in the pot.
